Where are you located?

Personal Touch Bridal Photography is located in the greater New Orleans area, but we will travel to photograph your wedding.

How far will you travel to photograph our wedding?

We have trevelled as far as Texas, Florida, Alabama and Kansas to photograph a wedding. Just tell us where you are, and we'll see what we can do.

Can I bring my own camera?

Absolutely.
Many competitors insist that only their cameras be allowed during the ceremony. But we a Personal Touch understand that this is your day, and you can capture your special moment in any way you choose.
Will you photograph people besides the wedding party?

Yes.
For no additional fee you can include anybody you want, including aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. We've even included family pets from time to time. We don't think it's our right as your photographer to decide who's important enough to be included in your photos. We believe that right belongs to you.

Do you take photos in a studio?

Normally, we take photos in an outdoor setting toward the end of the day when the light is perfect. Locally, outdoor sessions usually take place at the Mandeville lakefront, to capture breathtaking sunset photos that accent the beautiful bride. Weather permitting, of course. We can move the session indoors at the church or at the reception facility if the weather refuses to cooperate.
Wherever you are, we can set up an outdoor session at your local park or waterfront, or we can take your photos at the church or wedding reception. It's entirely up to you.

What pictures come in a Mother's Book?

Our Mother's Books are actually duplicate books identical to the bride's album.

How long will it take for our wedding photos to come back?

Usually, your wedding photos will be ready for delivery within two weeks.

What about the negatives?

When using our film cameras, we will give you all the negatives at no charge.
Many of our competitors do not allow you to keep your negatives. Most won't even sell them to you. Here at Personal Touch Bridal Photography, it's just another part of our service to you.

Can we get our pictures on CD?

Yes.
All weddings will include a high resolution CD of every image taken with our film cameras as well as pictures taken with our digital cameras for no additional fee.

When should we come pick up our pictures?

As part of our service, we will deliver your photos and albums locally to you at no additional cost.
For out of town weddings, we will mail your photos and albums to you, usually within two weeks.

Can we get enlargements?

Of course.

Do you develop and print your own pictures?

No.
We have our film processed at any one of five professional photo labs, ensuring you the highest quality photographs of your special day. We do not use K-mart, Wal-Mart, Sam's or any drug store.
